Litigating Ontario’s Sexual Education Curriculum

This Wednesday, June 12^th at 12:30pm, Mika Imai will be speaking at the Ontario Bar Association’s panel, Litigating Ontario’s Sexual Education Curriculum: Law and Advocacy. Mika was co-counsel on AB v Ontario (Education), a challenge to Ontario’s retreat to the 1998 sex-ed curriculum on behalf of an 11-year-old LGBTQ2+ student.
