Madeeha has been practising labour, employment, and human rights law since 2018.
She is a passionate advocate and trusted advisor for both employers and employees. Combining empathy and expertise, she guides clients in navigating a broad range of workplace issues. In all of her files, Madeeha focuses on providing clients with advice catered to their needs and delivering effective results that accomplish their goals.
Outside of her work at Karimjee Law, Madeeha is a regular volunteer at the Pro Bono Ontario Free Legal Advice Hotline and a member of the Steering Committee of the Canadian Association of Muslim Women in Law.
Madeeha received her law degree from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law, where she received the award for Best Factum in the Callaghan Memorial Moot. While at law school, Madeeha volunteered as a caseworker at the Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Clinic and Downtown Legal Services. She also served as the Equity Officer for the law school’s student body.
Madeeha completed a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in English Language & Literature with Distinction from Queen’s University.
